- Hervimos los guisantes si son congelados mejor porque el color del guisante es más verde. 10 minutos. Los escurrimos y quitamos el agua.

- En la sartén donde habíamos ponchado la cebolla añadiremos 4 alcachofas de conserva y las doraremos con un poco de aceite y sal. Lo guardamos para luego emplatar.
- Hervimos los 4 huevos de codorniz los dejamos 8 minutos en una olla hirviendo. Los pelamos y reservamos.
- Emplatamos primero ponemos la crema de guisantes, partimos el huevo de codorniz por la mitad, ponemos la alcachofita dorada y añadimos las virutillas de jamón ibérico, un poco de sal y aceite. Podemos poner por encima guisantes que nos hayan sobrado y listo para comer!!!😋😋😋
