- Apartamos del fuego y lo batimos bien hasta que esté hecha totalmente una crema. Si queremos que quede menos espesa añadimos más caldo hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Añadimos la nata y mezclamos bien. Rectificar de sal y pimienta si fuera necesario. Dejamos al fuego residual un par de minutos y servimos con algún fruto seco picado. En mi caso he utilizado pistachos y almendras crudas. También unas hojas picadas de lombarda crudas.
