  5. Para decorar, se coloca los dados de tomate y cebolla en el centro de la carne. El maíz de esparce en toda la carne. Se usa perejil para decorar todo el plato. En mi caso no usé perejil porque no tenía.
  6. Acompañé este plato con una ensalada a base de tomate, maíz y cebolla. (lo que me quedó de los ingredientes más un tomate que añadí). También usé carne picada de cerdo, pero el original no es con carne de cerdo debido a que es un plato del oriente (me parece que del Líbano), y como ya sabemos, no comen cerdo porque se lo prohíbe su religión.
