  5. Transcurrido el tiempo, retiramos la bandeja del horno y sabremos que está hecha porque el ojo estará blanco.
  6. Después de retirar la sal, podemos proceder a emplatar, acompañando con la patata y un poco de ensalada. La foto no hace justicia a lo sabrosa que ha quedado la lubina. Buen provecho!
