Cuando este la berenjena, le sacais la pulpa con una cuchara y la reservais, el pan cortado en rebanadas lo ponéis al horno a 200º unos 8 minutos, y montamos la tosta de esta manera, disponer dos cucharadas o 3 de salmorejo sobre el pan, una loncha de jamón serrano, encima 2 cucharadas de pulpa de berenjena, las anchoas poner según sea el pan de grande, yo puse 2, Bruno pone 4 y luego corta el pan con cada anchoa, regais con la vinagreta y a disfrutar, tevasapuntar
