- En un bol ponemos el Tomate Pelado, el ajo el Pimiento en trozos y la cebolla troceada y si os gusta con el pan (opcional) yo por ejemplo no lo pongo. El aceite el Vinagre y la sal. Batimos Todo muy bien durante unos minutos.
- Si os queda demasiado espeso podéis añadirle un poco de agua, corregir si hiciese falta de sal y Vinagre.
- Si queréis que os quede Más fino Podéis pasarlo por un colador. Meter en la nevera y servir bien frío (yo le pongo unos hielos una Hora antes de Servir).
- Como guarnición reservamos un trozo de pimiento verde, un trozo de Pepino un trozo de cebolla...lo que más Os guste.
