- 35 gr aceite de coco o AOVE

- 65 gr chocolate negro s/a

- Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC con calor arriba y abajo.
- En un bol tamizamos los ingredientes secos: harina de avena, harina de almendra y polvo para hornear. En otro bol mezclamos los ingredientes húmedos: huevos, aceite de coco derretido, leche, vainilla y miel. Integramos todo.
- Sobre un papel de horno dibujamos con un lápiz círculos de 7,5 cm de diámetro separados entre sí (nos ayudamos de un vaso o un cortador circular).
- Con una cuchara rellenamos los círculos marcados del centro hacia afuera hasta llegar a la marca. (Dejad espacio entre los círculos para que no se junten en el horno)
- Horneamos a 180°C durante 12 minutos o hasta que se doren ligeramente. Sacamos del horno y dejamos atemperar sobre una rejilla.
- Derretimos el chocolate negro en el microondas a intervalos de 30 segundos para que no se queme (podemos añadir una cdita de aceite de coco para que funda mejor).
- Bañamos únicamente la parte plana de las conchas en el chocolate, dejamos que escurra el exceso y las unimos por parejas por la parte del chocolate. Refrigeramos durante 10 minutos y ¡Listas!
