  1. Limpiamos toda la verdura y la fruta. Los tomates los marcamos con una cruz a cada uno de ellos para después escaldarlos y que se pelen perfectamente.
  2. Ponemos un cazo con agua y dejamos que hierva. Una vez hierva añadimos los tomates durante 1 minuto y los retiramos en un bol con agua y hielo.
  3. Pelamos y cortamos los tomates, los pepinos quitándole las pepitas del interior, las fresas, el pimiento rojo y el ajo quitando el interior.
  4. Colocamos a la batidora: todos los ingredientes menos las fresas. Colocando el aceite AOVE, sal, pimienta negra y los demás ingredientes y batimos bien. Esta mezcla la echamos no toda a un recipiente y procedemos.
  5. Añadimos a la mezcla de la batidora las fresas. Batimos bien y añadiremos a la otra mezcla del recipiente.
  6. En este caso he probado como estaba, en ese momento si crees que se tiene que poner más sal o pimienta es el momento. He notado poco sabor de fresas ni que está muy suave el gazpacho, en este caso añadimos de nuevo mezcla del recipiente a la batidora y he echado 300 gr más de fresas. Batimos bien todo y finalmente añadimos toda la mezcla al recipiente.
