- Precalentamos el horno a unos 180 grados. Ponemos el salmón en una bandeja y añadimos la sal, pimienta y el aceite y lo metemos en el horno unos 15 minutos.
- Mientras el salmón está en el horno terminamos de preparar la salsa. En una olla ponemos la mantequilla y cuando se derrita ponemos la mezcla que hicimos al principio y moverlo hasta que hierva. Una vez que hierva apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- Una vez terminado el salmón lo sacamos y le añadimos por encima la salsa y lo volvemos a meter en el horno. Yo lo dejé unos 20 minutos más siempre vigilándolo.
- Lo podemos acompañar con patatas o arroz, yo lo hice con patatas. Espero que os guste.
