  4. Os doy un consejo, cada fila que pongáis de boquerones en el bol, ponerle sal y vinagre, eso con todas las filas que tengáis y por último el chorrito del agua.
  5. Yo los dejo así tapados con papel de film, durante 4 días. Una vez pase esos días, los escurriremos, y los volveremos a colocar en este caso donde los queráis servir, poniendo ajo y perejil, con un poquito de aceite de oliva, que los cubra.
