- Si queréis, podéis añadir la nata para cocinar, veréis que de esta forma coge un poco más de textura a crema, engordará bastante más, aunque queda buenísima. Si lo hacéis con la nata dejaremos que esté un poco más al fuego para que la nata se integre con la verdura. Miraremos otra vez de sal y pimienta como está.
- Después, cuando ya la tengáis lista, pasaremos a decorar el plato. Yo cómo veis en la foto, la decoro con unos daditos de queso de cabra y picatostes. Eso ya va a gustos. Otra idea que os doy para decorar son unas chips de zanahoria o de calabaza, pero lo que si os recomiendo que pongáis los daditos de queso de cabra. Le da un sabor... 🤤
